SEX_________COLOR___________DOB___________ For the amount of $ ______________.00 SHIPPING $ ______________.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT$______________________.00 TOTAL COST$__________________________.00 TERMS: This dog is not being sold under co-ownership terms. Payment in full must be made prior to Buyer/Buyers taking ownership of dog. Payment is in CASH, MONEY ORDER, or CASHIERS CHECK. 1. The Buyer/Buyers must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within (2) days of purchase. 2. Bulldog Town must be informed immediately of the examination results and receive a copy by mail /email. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of guarantee. 3. If the examination indicates that at the time of sale, said puppy was unfit for purchase due to illness, disease or Congenital disorder, the Buyer/Buyers may return the puppy to Bulldog Town for an exchange of a puppy of equivalent value. Buyer/Buyers must have proper documentation stating health issues from (2) licensed veterinarians. 4.Bulldog Town guarantees said puppy against fatal viruses for (72) hours. These include distemper, Parvo and Corona. It does NOT include Coccidia and Kennel cough, which is common among pups and is usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is self- limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel cough on it's own is not life treating. 5. Said puppy is guaranteed until (1) year of age against fatal and life treating congenital or genetic diseases which severely hamper the puppy’s quality of life. However, if it is found that the puppy can be treated for, and the condition can be cured, or fixed, even if it is a congenital, hereditary, or any other condition besides such, then it is the buyers sole responsibility to do so, and at the buyers expense. If the buyer/buyers are unable to afford cost of treatment/treatments and or procedures, this will NOT entitle buyer/buyers to a refund of new puppy. If the buyer/buyers are unable to pay for treatment/treatments and choose to give up said puppy, Bulldog Town has first rights to the return of said puppy. Upon doing so there will be NO refunds given in part or whole. 6. If said puppy dies within (1) year of age, the buyer/buyers will pay to have the dog autopsied to ascertain the reason. If the reason/reasons are found to be genetic, then Bulldog Town must be notified of the problem within (2) business days of the licensed veterinarian's determination. And have (2) reports from (2) different veterinarians stating the cause of health conditions and or death. Bulldog Town will then provide the buyer/buyers with a replacement puppy of the same value with NO cash return. 7. If replacement puppy is given the buyer/buyers is responsible for the shipping back to Bulldog Town of the said puppy and for the shipping cost of the replacement puppy- if any. 8. Guarantee does NOT cover what is to be considered normal to the bulldog breed: Cherry eye, Entropian," Loose hips", Skin allergies- Mange of any kind, or Elongated soft palates. 9. Bulldog Town will NOT be liable or responsible for veterinarian cost or fees. Buyer/Buyers are aware and understand that owning a bulldog means that there are trips to the vet's and the breed is susceptible to having health issues. Buyer/Buyers will be responsible for ALL related cost. 10. Bulldog Town does NOT guarantee or warranty that the Buyer/Buyers will be able to show or breed said puppy regardless of the show or breeding potential. 11.This guarantee covers only the original buyer/buyers and contract is NOT transferable to another owner. 12. Buyer/Buyers will keep puppy current on all vet care including shots, de worming and heartworm treatment. It is the Buyer/Buyers responsibility to keep the puppy away and quarantined from other pets until (30) days after the rabies vaccines has been given (approx 4 months of age), and or until the puppy has a clean bill of health from vet. Further, I accept the terms and conditions of the guarantee for hereditary disorders printed in this document. I waive and relinquish any other rights that I might otherwise have in the event of such occurrence. The Buyer/Buyers acknowledges that he/she has read, understands and agrees to the terms and conditions of this contract.
